My flight changed – how do I go about changing my Shuttle reservation?
Please contact the Customer Service team at 1-877-317-7763 and we will be happy to arrange for a reservation that correlates with your new schedule.
 
My flight is delayed. Do I need to contact anyone to let them know to hold my Shuttle reservation?
Call your Shuttle provider at the number listed in your redemption instructions as soon as you know of a flight change.
 
I only want one-way transportation . How do I book this?
Some of our shuttle providers only offer one-way or roundtrip transfers. Please make sure that you purchase the appropriate transfer for your trip. If your provider offers one-way transportation, simply enter your date of travel and on the next screen you will have the option to check the box for one-way transportation.
 
Do I have to make my booking online?
Yes, but please call Customer Service at 1-877-317-7763 if you are experiencing trouble.
 
Is there a fee associated with this service?
No. There are no hidden fees associated with purchasing Shuttle Service.
 
Can I make this booking as part of the same transaction as my air, car, hotel, or cruise booking with Southwest?
No. The transaction for Shuttle Service will be separate from your other bookings with Southwest.
 
What specific shuttle company specifically will pick me up?
Your Shuttle Service provider will be listed on your voucher.
 
Where do I go to catch the shuttle once I’ve made a purchase?
Follow the directions on your voucher once you have made your shuttle purchase on southwest.com. The directions will vary by airport location, but will usually be located near the passenger pick-up areas outside of baggage claim. You may be required to phone a reservation for your shuttle. which will be indicated on the voucher once it is purchased.
 
Can I cancel the shuttle reservation if I cancel my flight?
All purchases are non-refundable. Please contact the Customer Service team at 1-877-317-7763 if you have any questions.
 
Is my credit card charged immediately upon booking my reservation?
Yes. The merchant of record on your credit card will show iSeatz.com.
 
Will the shuttle pick me up at my home and take me to the airport?
Southwest Shuttle Services do not provide ground transportation to or from anywhere other than hotels and airports listed in the appropriate zones. Southwest is currently expanding their services to include residences and businesses however it is not available at this time.
 
What happens if I lose my shuttle voucher?
Please treat your voucher like cash and keep it with you at all times. Vouchers are required to redeem your Shuttle Services. Please contact the Customer Service team at 1-877-317-7763 and we will arrange for you to access your voucher online, if your voucher is lost prior to your trip.

Do I have to pay for my infant or child to ride in the shuttle?
Shuttle rates are usually based on seat occupancy, unless otherwise noted that infants and/or children can ride for free. It is also required by law that an infant must ride in a car seat. In most cases, unless otherwise noted, child seats are the passenger’s responsibility.
 
I arrived at the airport and could not find my shuttle provider. Who do I call?
Please call the number provided on your voucher’s redemption instructions. If you continue to experience any difficulties, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-317-7763.
